Returns Policy
All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please choose carefully, as we do not give refunds or credit notes if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.
All returns/claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods by the customer. Refunds exclude any postage costs.
It is strongly recommended that your package be registered or in some way trackable. We will not be responsible for items lost in the post. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or it not being collected from the post office after Australia Post's allowed period of holding time, we cannot offer a refund as we are charged for the order to be sent back to us. We can however offer to re-ship the order back out to you if you cover the re-shipping costs.
